Founded in 2016 as the development arm of Highfield Investment Group, HLM builds on a legacy of over 40 years in land acquisition, entitlement, and development. Rooted in Prairie values, we create legacy communities and strategic industrial parks, placing stewardship, innovation, and community at the heart of all we do.
Our goal is to facilitate sustainable greenfield development of comprehensive residential communities and industrial business parks. We are committed to the active management of all our developments.
